All Travel Documents are sent electronically unless there is an extenuating circumstance. Any travel documents mailed will incur a fee from client. CHB World Travel is not liable for documents not received if mailed nor wrong email/contact information given. It is the responsibility of all travelers to ensure the correct contact information is on file. Travel Documents are sent upon receipt directly to traveler within 60 days of Travel Departure.
We offer easy payment submission for your convenience. Payment submissions are secure and information is not retained on file. All payments submitted to Agency with the exception of Administrative fees charged by Agency, are paid directly to Resort, Hotel, Tour and Excursions providers.
We provide detailed travel Itineraries pre-booking during your quote process and additionally upon booking and prior to travel. All travelers are advised to thoroughly read the itinerary ensure there are no changes or additions needed prior to traveling.
95% of Travel packages offered by CHB World Travel will include Roundtrip Airport Transfers unless otherwise stated. This is a transfer to your hotel upon arrival and to the airport upon departure. Most transfers are shared transfers unless traveler specifically indicates desire for a private car transfer which is a additional cost.
The majority of our travel experiences provide convenient payment plan options after initial deposit. Travel date must be at least or more than 120 days out. Travelers can determine their payment amount however we require that 1st payment be made 30 days after initial deposit to avoid cancellation. If you are traveling with a group it is the travelers responsibility to ensure that all travelers within their group make timely payments.
We offer a few different options to book Excursions and add to your travel experience. Excursion can be added to your travel package, you can wait to book at your resort destination or you can search and book directly from our website by simply going to Travel Search on the menu.

All large or small group bookings require a multi traveler booking consultation call. During this call we address questions from the group travelers, additionally ensuring that all travelers are aware of their individual payment responsibilities and what to expect pre-travel departure.
